摘要
选取成都市8座乡镇污水处理厂2021年进水数据,系统分析进水水质指标的变化规律与相关性、线性关系,以及进水水质指标比值的概率分布特征。结果表明,进水水质指标(COD_(Cr)、氨氮、SS、TN、TP、BOD_(5))均呈正偏态分布,全年月均值分别为201.49~394.58、25.23~36.21、47.72~364.79、30.28~46.19、3.07~4.64、80.10~159.80 mg/L。各指标间均具有显著相关性(α<0.01),COD_(Cr)与BOD_(5)、TN与氨氮相关性较好(R^(2)=0.874、0.924),且线性拟合效果较好(R^(2)=0.740、0.848)。SS与其余水质指标相关系数均较低(R^(2)≤0.437),说明成都乡镇污水中SS与其他水质指标有着不同的来源。BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)>0.4的累积概率为54.58%、BOD_(5)/TN>4的累积概率为18.54%、BOD_(5)/TP>20的累积概率为61.49%,SS/BOD_(5)、TN/TP平均值分别为1.76、10.90,说明成都乡镇污水适合生物处理,可满足微生物生长对氮、磷的需求,但碳源不足以支持生物脱氮除磷的需要,SS无机组分较高。与国内其他污水进水水质研究对比发现,乡镇污水处理厂进水污染物含量低于大型城市污水处理厂进水,农村地区进水水质变化范围较大。乡镇污水处理厂由于处理规模较小、抗冲击能力弱,在实际生产运营中管理人员必须充分掌握进水水量和水质的瞬时波动带来的影响及应对措施,加强生产运行管理与工艺调控,保障出水长期稳定达标。
Based on the influent data of eight wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in Chengdu City,statistical analysis,correlation and linear relationship of water quality indices were analyzed,the probability distribution characteristics of the ratio of influent water quality indices were estimated systematically at the same time.It was observed that all the water quality indices(COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,SS,TN,TP,BOD_(5))were positively skewed and the monthly mean were 201.49~394.58,25.23~36.21,47.72~364.79,30.28~46.19,3.07~4.64,80.10~159.80 mg/L,respectively.The correlation among all indices(α<0.01)was significant.Strong correlation(R^(2)=0.874,0.924)and good linear fitting effect(R^(2)=0.740,0.848)were observed between COD_(Cr)BOD_(5),TN and ammonia nitrogen,respectively.The correlation coefficients between SS and other water quality indices were low(R^(2)≤0.437),indicated that SS and other water quality indices in township wastewater in Chengdu came from different sources.The cumulative probability of BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)>0.4 was 54.58%,BOD_(5)/TN>4 was 18.54%,BOD_(5)/TP>20 was 61.49%,the average of SS/BOD_(5),TN/TP were 1.76,10.90,respectively.Therefore,Chengdu township wastewater was suitable for biological treatment,which could meet the needs of microbial growth for nitrogen and phosphorus,but the carbon source was not enough to support biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal,and the suspended solid inorganic components were relatively high.Compared with the study on influent water quality at home,it was found that the pollutant concentration of township WWTP was lower than that of large urban WWTPs,and the influent water quality of rural areas varied widely.Due to the small scale of treatment and the vulnerability to the impact of water quality and quantity,the management personnel of the township WWTP must fully master the impact of the instantaneous fluctuation of influent water quantity and quality,ensuring the long term stability of the discharged to meet the standard.
