摘要
针对油田储罐喷涂施工的复杂性,文中设计了一种车载式自动除锈喷涂装置,集自动除锈和喷涂技术于一体,适用于油田储罐的自动除锈喷涂工作。首先,设计车载式自动除锈喷涂装置总体方案,并在ANSYS分析软件中进行受力分析,确保装置的安全性和可靠性;其次,对所用机械臂进行轨迹规划,设计整体装置的控制逻辑;最后,根据相似性原理设计加工测试装置,分析车载式自动除锈喷涂装置运动的准确性和轨迹规划的可行性。
In view of the complex spraying construction by the oil-field storage tank,in this article the vehicle-mounted automatic derusting and spraying device is designed.It integrates the automatic derusting and spraying technologies,which is suitable for automatic derusting and spraying by the oil-field storage tank.The overall scheme of the vehicle-mounted automatic derusting and spraying device is worked out.The ANSYS software is used for the force analysis,in order to ensure that this device is safe and reliable.The mechanical arm is subject to trajectory planning;the control logic of the whole device is identified.The processing and testing device is designed according to the similarity principle;efforts are made to check whether the vehicle-mounted automatic derusting and spraying device can move accurately and the planned trajectory is.feasible.
