摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、数字化X线摄影(DR)检查在肺癌与肺部良性病变鉴别诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取2021年3月至2022年12月本院收治的95例肺部良、恶性疾病患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析.与病理结果对比分析MSCT和DR的检查结果,统计MSCT、DR检查诊断肺部良、恶性疾病的敏感度、特异度及准确度.结果:95例肺部疾病患者分别为良性54例、恶性41例.MSCT检查对肺部良恶性疾病的总检出率(76.84%)与DR检查(69.47%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).联合检查(MSCT+DR)对肺部良恶性疾病的总检出率为91.58%,明显高于MSCT、DR的单一检查,且与病理结果具有良好一致性(Kappa=0.829,P<0.05).MSCT检查诊断肺部良、恶性疾病的敏感度、特异度及准确度与DR检查比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).联合检查诊断肺部良、恶性疾病的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为92.68%、90.74%、91.58%,均明显高于单一检查(P<0.05).结论:MSCT、DR检查均可有效鉴别诊断肺癌与肺部良性病变,且二者联合鉴别诊断可提高对肺部良、恶性疾病的诊断敏感度、特异度及准确度.
Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice CT(MSCT)and digital radiography(DR)examination in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer and benign lung lesions.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 95 patients with benign and malignant lung diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022.Collect MSCT and DR examination results,compare MSCT and DR examination results with pathological results,calculate the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of DR and MSCT examination in diagnosing benign and malignant lung diseases.Results:There were 54 cases of benign and 41 cases of malignant lung disease in 95 patients.There was no difference in the overall detection rate of benign and malignant lung diseases between MSCT examination(76.84%)and DR examination(69.47%)(P>0.05).The total detection rate of benign and malignant lung diseases by combined examination(MSCT+DR)was 91.58%,significantly higher than MSCT and DR examinations,and had good consistency with pathological results(Kappa=0.829,P<0.05).There is no difference in the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of MSCT examination in diagnosing benign and malignant lung diseases compared to DR examination(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of combined examination in diagnosing benign and malignant lung diseases were 92.68%,90.74%,and 91.58%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of MSCT and DR examinations(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT and DR examinations can effectively differentiate and diagnose lung cancer and benign lung lesions,but the combination of the two can improve the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of benign and malignant lung diseases.
