摘要
目的:探讨刺络放血联合消风散治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月平罗县人民医院中医科收治的血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者210例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各105例。对照组口服消风散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施刺络放血疗法。比较两组症状积分、临床疗效、免疫功能指标。结果:治疗后,两组瘙痒程度、皮损分布、风团大小、皮肤红斑、皮损数量积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗后,观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平低于对照组,CD8+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD3+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:刺络放血联合消风散疗法治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,提高免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bloodletting puncture combined with Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods:A total of 210 patients of chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness type admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Pingluo County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 105 cases in each group.The control group was treated by oral Xiaofeng Powder,and the observation group was treated by bloodletting puncture on the basis of control group.The symptom scores,clinical efficacy and immune function indicators in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the degree of itching,skin lesion distribution,wheal size,skin erythema and number of skin lesions in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the CD8+levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CD3+levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of bloodletting puncture combined with Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind drying type is remarkable,which can effectively improve the symptoms and improve the immune function.
