摘要
目的:研究20周的高强度功能训练对不同性别新兵骨密度和体成分的影响,为高强度功能训练的应用提供依据。方法:选取10名男性(年龄:18.83±0.68岁,身高:173.23±6.91 cm,体重:70.57±7.71kg)和女性(年龄:19.17±0.23岁,身高:164.56±5.43 cm,体重:57.43±4.98kg)新兵,完成20周、每周3次的高强度功能训练,并在训练前后进行骨量、骨密度和体成分测试。结果:男女性新兵训练前后的骨量、骨密度和瘦体重均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。男性新兵训练后部分和整体的骨量显著增加(P<0.05),右肋、腰椎和头部的骨密度显著增加(P<0.05),左臂、躯干、右腿瘦体重显著增加(P<0.05),脂肪质量均显著下降(P>0.05);女性新兵训练后骨盆的骨量和骨密度显著增加(P<0.05),脂肪质量均显著下降(P>0.05),但瘦体重没有显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:高强度功能训练对男女性新兵的体成分具有改善作用,尤其是减脂效果明显。
Objective:To examine the effects of 20 weeks of high intensity functional training(HIFT)on bone mineral density and body composition in male and female military recruits to inform the use of HIFT in military training.Methods:ten male(age:18.83±0.68 years,height:173.23±6.91 cm,weight:70.57±7.71 kg)and female((age:19.17±0.23 years,height:164.56±5.43 cm,weight:57.43±4.98 kg)recruits from the military university were recruited to completed 20 weeks of HIFT 3 times a week,then performed bone mineral content(BMC),bone mineral density(BMD),and body composition tests before and after training.Results:BMC,BMD,lean mass were significantly different before and after training among male and female recruits(P<0.05).Male recruits showed significant increases in BMC(P<0.05)both partially and overall after training,in BMD of the right ribs,lumbar spine and head(P<0.05),lean mass in the left arm,trunk,right leg increased significantly(P<0.05),both fat mass decreased significantly(P>0.05).Female recruits had significant increases in bone mass and BMD of the pelvis(P<0.05),decreases in both fat mass and BMI(P>0.05),but no significant changes in lean mass(P>0.05).Conclusion:high intensity functional training had an improving effect on body composition in male and female recruits,especially with fat loss.
