低温条件下的六氟丙烯二聚体高效制备工艺研究

摘要 以六氟丙烯为原料,通过齐聚反应制备六氟丙烯二聚体(D-1)。针对传统制备工艺存在的反应条件苛刻、产物分离难度大、物产收率低等问题展开研究,设计开发了一种可在低温条件下高效制备六氟丙烯二聚体的新工艺。试验结果表明,在复合碱金属氟化物催化剂作用下,最优的工艺条件为齐聚温度55.5℃、齐聚时间76 min、催化剂用量4.13wt%、气液比1.3。在此条件下,六氟丙烯二聚体的收率可达95%以上,且纯度不低于98%。 Hexafluoropropylene dimer(D-1)was prepared by oligomerization from hexafluoropropylene.A new process for preparing hexafluoropropylene dimer at low temperature was designed and developed to solve the problems of harsh reaction conditions,difficult product separation and low yield in traditional preparation process.The experimental results showed that under the action of a composite alkali metal fluoride catalyst,the optimal process conditions were as follows:oligomerization temperature was 55.5℃,oligomerization time was 76 min,catalyst dosage was 4.13wt%,and gas-liquid ratio was 1.3.Under these conditions,the yield of hexafluoropropylene dimer could reach more than 95%,and the purity was not less than 98%.
