基于TOD理论的邯郸市轨道交通1号线站城协同研究

摘要 近年来我国大力推动城市化进程,土地利用问题日益显著,进而产生了人与土地空间之间的矛盾,在此背景下站城协同理念对于我国今后的可持续发展显得尤为重要,文章将以邯郸市轨道交通1号线作为研究对象,以TOD理论作为研究方法,探究站城协同发展状况。根据TOD理论归纳分类出五种不同类型站点,将站点及周边土地空间发展有效融合。再依据轨道交通沿线站点的土地空间利用现状及现存问题,对其发展提出改进措施。 In recent years,our country has vigorously promoted the process of urbanization,and the problem of land use has become increasingly prominent,resulting in the contradiction between people and land space.In this context,the concept of station-city cooperation is particularly important for the future sustainable development in our country.This paper takes Handan Rail Transit Line 1 as the research object and TOD theory as the research method,and explores the coordinated development of stations and cities.According to the TOD theory,five different types of stations are classified,and the development of the station and the surrounding land space is effectively integrated.Then,according to the status quo of land space utilization and the existing problems of stations along the rail transit line,improvement measures are put forward for its development.
