摘要
采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)对甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶(MVPQ)改性制备并用胶,研究了MVPQ/EPDM的并用比、白炭黑/炭黑的复配比和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量对并用胶拉伸性能、压缩永久变形和动静刚度比的影响。结果表明:随着EPDM用量的增多,动静刚度比减小,力学性能增强;EPDM用量过多时,性能增长缓慢,与并用胶断面形貌逐渐趋于粗糙的结果相符;白炭黑/炭黑的复配比为60∶20、DCP用量为1.4份时,动静刚度比最小,力学性能最佳。
Ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)was used to modify the methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber(MVPQ)by blending to prepare MVPQ/EPDM blends.The effects of the blend ratio of MVPQ/EPDM,the blend ratio of silica and carbon black and the amount of dicumene peroxide(DCP)on the mechanical properties and dynamic stiffness ratio of the blends were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the content of EPDM,the ratio of static stiffness to dynamic stiffness decreased and the mechanical properties increased.When the content of EPDM was too high,the mechanical properties increased slowly,which was consistent with the result that the cross-section morphology of blended rubber gradually tended to be rough.When the ratio of silica and carbon black was 60∶20 and the dosage of DCP was 1.4 phr,the stiffness ratio reached minimum,and the mechanical properties were the best.
