摘要
基于马克思异化劳动理论的四重规定,人工智能的资本化可能引发劳动者与数字劳动产品、劳动活动、人的类本质及资本家之间的四个劳动新异化危机。为防范人工智能的资本逻辑所产生的负面影响,必须化被动为主动,积极探索防范人工智能时代劳动新异化危机的中国方案:坚持党对人工智能事业的全面领导;共有、共建、共享人工智能发展成果;坚持人工智能伦理与法律共治;合理引导人工智能在劳动中的价值取向;坚持以人民为中心化解新型劳资矛盾。
Based on the four provisions of Marx's alienation labor theory,the capitalization of artificial intelligence may lead to new labor alienation crises between workers and digital labor products,labor activities,and the crisis between human nature and capitalists.To prevent the negative effects of the capital logic of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to actively explore Chinese solution:adhere to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China in the cause of artificial intelligence,share the fruits of artificial intelligence development,uphold the co-governance of ethics and laws,reasonably guide the value orientation of artificial intelligence in labor,and resolve new types of labor-capital conflicts with a people-centered approach.
