摘要
高层钢筋桁架楼承板跨度超过最大无支撑跨度时需设置临时支撑措施,本文结合温州市核心片区广化单元黄龙商贸城街坊一期项目对高层钢筋桁架楼承板施工工艺进行优化分析,创新提出一种免支撑钢丝绳反拉工艺措施,并对结构进行受力分析和现场验证。实践证明,相较于传统盘扣式脚手架回顶工艺,免支撑钢丝绳反拉工艺不仅提高了材料的周转效率、节省人工,而且实现了废物再利用、大幅减少了施工周期,具有较高的经济效益和时间效益。
Temporary support measures are needed for high-rise steel truss floor bearing plates exceeding the maximum unsupported span.Based on the Huanglong Commercial City Neighborhood Phase I project in Guanghua Unit,the core area of Wenzhou City,an optimal analysis was conducted on the construction technology of high-rise steel truss floor bearing plates,a new anti-tension measure of non-braced steel wire rope was developed,and the force analysis and on-site verification of the structure were carried out.The practice has proved that compared with the traditional buckle-type scaffolding back-to-top process,the non-bracing steel wire rope back-pulling process not only improves the turnover efficiency of materials and saves labor,but also realizes the reuse of waste,greatly reduces the construction cycle,and is highly economical and timely.
