摘要
挤压机作为塑料母材生产中的重要过程装备,在石油石化行业中的运用越来越多。根据聚丙烯挤压机齿轮箱的结构特点,在齿轮箱上采集振动数据,应用Labview为软件平台对时域指标中的均值、峭度和频域中的频谱细化、包络分析等手段提取故障特征。对每一个轴承,通过调整参数减少干扰信号,以减少误判的可能性,提高数据分析的准确性和可靠性。通过对在用轴承故障频谱的计算,加以对比达到缩短故障类型的判断时间的目的。
As an important process equipment in the production of plastic base material,extruder is used more and more in petroleum and petrochemical industry.According to the structural characteristics of the gearbox of polypropylene extruder,vibration data were collected on the gearbox,and the fault features were extracted by means of mean value,kurtosis in time domain index,spectrum refinement and envelope analysis in frequency domain with Labview as the software platform.For each bearing,the interference signal was reduced by adjusting the parameters to reduce the possibility of misjudgment and improve the accuracy and reliability of data analysis.Through the calculation and comparison of the fault spectrum of the bearing in use,the purpose of shortening the judgment time of the fault type was achieved.
