摘要
随着社会的不断发展,耗费人力、污染度高的传统建筑施工方法已经越来越多地显现出弊端,新型装配式建筑体系已经成为现代建筑行业的发展趋势。高层住宅小区楼数多,使用功能单一,外立面简单,楼层重复率高,具备采用装配式整体建筑设计的条件。小区楼座1层、2层为底部加强区,墙体采用现浇方式,3层以上外墙采用预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板,内墙采用部分装配、部分现浇(电梯井),楼板从首层到屋顶采用叠合楼板,阳台、楼梯、空调板、女儿墙等均预制。经计算,预制率、装配率均满足北京市政策要求。
With the continuous development of society,the conventional construction methods involving a lot of manpower and serious pollution show more and more disadvantages.The new prefabricated building system has become the development trend of modern construction industry.Highrise residential districts feature many buildings,single function,simple facades and high floor repetition rate,so they meet the design conditions for prefabricated buildings.The first and second floors of building blocks of the communities are bottom reinforcement areas with cast-in-situ walls.For the third floors and above,exterior walls are composed of precast concrete sandwich insulation panels,and interior walls are partially prefabricated and partially cast in situ(elevator shafts).Composite floor slabs are applied from the first floor to the roof,and balconies,stairs,air conditioning panels and parapet walls are prefabricated.Calculations show that the prefabrication rate and assembly rate meet the policy requirements of Beijing.
