摘要
目前,受经济下行压力、饲料产品同质化竞争和原料价格不断上涨等多种不利因素的影响,国内饲料产业受到严重冲击,若不加以应对,则有可能制约饲料产业的后续发展。面对严峻的形势,饲料产业需要基于实际情况,找准产业发展过程中的薄弱点,实现饲料产业的转型升级。而饲料产业的转型升级势必会对人才提出更高的要求。为此,本文从人才培养的角度分析创新创业人才对饲料产业转型升级的助推作用,并根据饲料产业对创新创业人才的具体需求论述了创新创业人才的培养建议,以实现饲料产业的可持续发展。
At present,the domestic feed industry has been seriously impacted by many adverse factors,such as the downward pressure of the economy,the homogenization competition of feed products and the rising price of raw materials.If it is not responded to,it may restrict the follow-up development of the feed industry.Facing the severe situation,the feed industry needs to find the weak points in the process of industrial development based on the actual situation,and realize the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry.The transformation and upgrading of the feed industry is bound to put forward higher requirements for talents.Therefore,from the perspective of talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the boosting role of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry,and discusses the suggestions for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents according to the specific needs of the feed industry for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,in order to realize the sustainable development of the feed industry.
