摘要
大学生创新训练计划是培养本科生科研能力的重要实践活动。该教学团队经过近十年的带教实践,结合西安交通大学的实际情况,提出以培养创新型医学人才为导向的培养模式,以逐步提高医学生的创新能力和对所学医学知识活学活用能力,培养出具有高水平的科研能力、医学理论与实践兼顾的医学人才。文章从创新型医学人才科研素养的培养思路、大学生创新训练计划的开展、大创项目取得的成绩和存在的问题及措施四个方面总结了教学团队带教大学生创新训练计划项目的经验与不足,以期为广大同行提供参考与借鉴。
“College Students’Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program”is an important activity to cultivate scientific research ability in undergraduates.Based on the actual situation of Xi’an Jiaotong University,the teaching team composed of all nine authors of this paper has proposed a cultivation model oriented towards cultivating innovative medical talents after nearly ten years of supervision practice.This model aims to help the students apply the theoretical knowledge they acquired to scientific research and develop their innovative ability gradually,so that they can combine theory with practice and become medical talents equipped with good scientific research ability.This article discusses the cultivation model in four aspects:the cultivation of scientific research literacy,the implementation of College Students’Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program,the achievements obtained,and the problems encountered and solutions,aiming to provide reference for similar projects.
