摘要
通过传统的固相烧结技术制备了(K_(0.48)Na_(0.52))_(0.96)Li_(0.04)Nb_(0.87)Sb_(0.08)Ta_(0.05)O_(3)-xCuO (x=0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.030)压电陶瓷,探讨CuO掺杂量对压电陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明,当x=0.005时,陶瓷为斜方相与四方相两相共存,但在更高的掺杂量下则转变为斜方相。居里温度T_(C)和斜方相-四方相转变温度T_(O-T)随着CuO掺入量的增加而逐渐升高。陶瓷的铁电压电性能受CuO掺杂量的影响显著。当x=0.015时,陶瓷的压电常数和平面机电耦合系数达到最大值,分别为d_(33)=228 pC/N、k_(p)=35.86%,机械品质因数Q_(m)=146。
(K_(0.48)Na_(0.52))_(0.96) Li_(0.04)Nb_(0.87)Sb_(0.08)Ta_(0.05)O_(3)-xCuO(x=0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.030)piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid phase sintering technology.The effect of CuO on the properties of piezoelectric ceramics was discussed.The ceramics show orthorhombic-tetragonal(O-T)phase coexistence at room temperature when x=0.005,however,at a higher doping level,it turns into a rhombic phase,and the phase transition temperature T_(O-T) and Curie temperature T_(C) gradually increase with the increase of CuO.The ferroelectric properties of ceramics are significantly affected by the amount of CuO doping.The ceramics with x=0.015 exhibited optimum piezoelectric properties with d_(33) of 228pC/N,kp of 35.86%,and Q_(m) of 146.
