热固性聚酰亚胺复合材料的往复摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要 采用热模压成型方法制备了玄武岩纤维增强、多元填料改性的热固性聚酰亚胺复合材料,研究了复合材料的组织结构、摩擦磨损性能与磨损机制。结果表明:所制备的多元复合材料组织致密,玄武岩纤维和各填料分散均匀,硬度明显高于纯聚酰亚胺(PI)和玄武岩纤维改性聚酰亚胺(BF/PI)。摩擦磨损实验结果表明,多元复合材料具有优良的耐磨性能和摩擦稳定性,摩擦系数明显低于PI和BF/PI,磨损率分别较纯PI试样和BF/PI试样低约50.3%和19.9%。 A thermosetting polyimide composites modified with basalt fiber and other multi-fillers was prepared using hot press molding technique.The micro-structure,friction and wear performance,and wear mechanisms of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the multi-component polyimide composites had a dense structure,with basalt fibers and fillers uniformly dispersed.The micro-hardness of the composites was significantly higher than that of pure polyimide(PI)and basalt fibermodified polyimide(BF/PI).Friction and wear test results indicated that the multi-component composites exhibited excellent wear resistance and friction stability,with friction coefficients significantly lower than those of PI and BF/PI,and wear rates approximately 50.3%lower than pure PI samples and 19.9%lower than BF/PI samples.
