摘要
为准确、快速检测土壤中多氯联苯(PCBs),建立了快速溶剂萃取—气相色谱—质谱法来测定土壤中18种多氯联苯的分析方法。采用HP-5MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.2μm)对目标物进行分离,以选择离子扫描SIM模式进行检测。结果表明土壤中18种多氯联苯(PCBs)在15~500μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,校准曲线平均相对响应因子的相对标准偏差在1.1%~7.1%,检出限为0.15~0.39μg/kg。实际土壤样品添加低、中、高三个不同浓度,得到的平均加标回收率为90.1%~106%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.2%~9.4%。
In order to detect polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in soil accurately and rapidly,a rapid solvent extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of 18 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls in soil.The object was separated by HP-5 MS column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.2μm)and detected by ion scanning SIM mode.The results showed that the 18 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in soil showed a good linear relationship in the range of 15~500μg/L.The relative standard deviation of the mean relative response factor of the calibration curve was 1.1%~7.1%,and the detection limit was 0.15~0.39μg/kg.Three unified standard samples with different concentrations of low,medium and high were added in actual soil sample,the results of the average recoveries were 90.1%~106%and the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)were 1.2%~9.4%.
