摘要
以实际工程案例作为研究对象,介绍了一种重金属污染场地处置技术。场地依据法律法规进行调查及风评,确定了特征污染物、修复目标值和修复方量。根据城市规划和用地性质,进行技术经济性比较,优选出水泥窑协同处置技术作为本项目的修复技术。在相关单位监督见证下,项目施工单位和水泥窑协同处置单位合规处置,项目完成修复,通过验收,项目场地移出管控名录。用实例证明了水泥窑协同处置的可行性,同时此技术可在较短时间解决场地污染问题,加快场地的后期利用。
In this paper,a kind of disposal technology of heavy metal polluted site is introduced based on a practical engineering case.The site conducted investigation and wind assessment according to laws and regulations,and determined characteristic pollutants,restoration target value and restoration quantity.According to urban planning and land use nature,the technical and economic comparison is made,and the cement kiln collaborative disposal technology is selected as the restoration technology of this project.Under the supervision and witness of the relevant units,the project construction unit and the cement kiln cooperated with the disposal unit for compliance,the project was repaired and passed the acceptance inspection,and the project site was removed from the control list.The feasibility of collaborative disposal of cement kilns is proved by an example.At the same time,this technology can solve the problem of site pollution in a short time and speed up the later utilization of the site.
