摘要
用升华硫粉末、氢氧化钠、聚乙二醇400为原料通过氧气鼓泡-刻蚀辅助策略方法合成了硫量子点(SQDs)。通过透射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、Zeta电位、X射线光电能谱、紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱对SQDs进行表征、分析。结果表明,所合成的SQDs具有超小的粒径,大小约为1.25 nm左右。此外,傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线光电能谱表明聚乙二醇400负载在SQDs表面。而且,SQDs显示出激发不依赖于发射的荧光属性。
Sulfur quantum dots(SQDs)were synthesized by oxygen bubble-etching assisted strategy method using sublimated sulfur powder,sodium hydroxide,and polyethylene glycol 400 as raw materials.SQDs was characterized and analyzed by transmission electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Zeta potential,X-ray photoelectricity spectroscopy,UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the synthesized SQDs has a very small particle size of about 1.25 nm.In addition,Fourier transform infrared and X-ray photoelectricity spectra indicate that the polyethylene glycol 400 is loaded on the SQDs surface.Furthermore,SQDs displays excitation-independent fluorescence properties.
