回采工作面小煤柱注浆加固技术研究

摘要 洪崖煤业30503轨道巷采用10 m煤柱护巷,巷道煤柱较高且煤柱在采空区侧向应力、采动压力等多因素作用下出现裂隙扩展、承载能力降低情况。为确保30503轨道巷围岩稳定并减少煤柱帮变形量,提出采用注浆方式加固煤柱,并对注浆加固参数进行设计。现场应用后,30503轨道巷注浆加固段围岩变形速率、围岩变形量较未注浆段明显降低,对煤柱注浆加固取得较好效果。 The 30503 track roadway of Hongya Coal Industry adopts a 10 meter coal pillar protection roadway.The height of the coal pillar in the roadway is relatively large,and the coal pillar undergoes crack expansion and reduced bearing capacity under multiple factors such as lateral stress and mining pressure in the goaf.To ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the 30503 track roadway and reduce the deformation of the coal pillar,it is proposed to use grouting to reinforce the coal pillar,and the grouting reinforcement parameters are designed.After on-site application,the deformation rate and amount of surrounding rock in the grouting reinforcement section of the 30503 track tunnel were significantly reduced compared to the non grouting section,achieving good results in the grouting reinforcement of coal pillars.
