摘要
探索高三和大一学生生活方式因素和心理健康水平的差异及两者间的相互关系,旨在为其心理健康教育与干预提供数据支撑。采用问卷法对1 338名学生(高三学生727名,大一学生611名)进行调查。结果:(1)高三年级与大一年级在生活方式和心理健康上存在显著性差异。(2)运动参与、睡眠时间与积极心理呈显著性正相关,与消极心理呈显著性负相关;饮食情况与消极心理呈显著性负相关;电子屏幕时间与积极心理呈显著性负相关,与消极心理呈显著性正相关。(3)在控制性别、年级变量的情况下,电子屏幕时间、运动参与和睡眠时间均可以显著的预测心理健康双维度;饮食情况可以显著预测消极心理。结论:运动参与、睡眠及饮食对心理健康有积极作用,电子屏幕使用则对心理健康有负面影响。研究启示要基于24h活动成分管理理念加强学生健康生活方式的干预。即在保证高三和大一学生的学习投入之余,高度重视“以体强心”的重要干预路径,在实现体育锻炼促进心理健康直接效应的同时,还要重视体育锻炼通过改善睡眠、减少屏幕使用时间间接提升心理健康的效应。
Objective:To explore the difference between lifestyle factors and mental health level of senior three and freshman students and the relationship between lifestyle factors and mental health.This study aims to provide data support for their mental health education and intervention.Methods:This study investigated,1338 students(727 senior high school students,611 freshman students)by questionnaire.Results:There are significant differences in lifestyle and mental health between senior three and freshmen students.@Sports participation and sleep time are sig-nificantly positively correlated with positive psychology and negatively correlated with negative psychology;There was a significant negative correlation between diet and negative psychology;Electronic screen time has a significant negative correlation with positive psychology and a significant positive correlation with negative psychology.③Elec-tronic screen time,sports participation and sleep time can significantly predict the dual dimensions of mental health when controlling for gender and grade variables;Diet is a significant predictor of negative psychology.Conclusion:Exercise participation,sleep and diet have positive effects on mental health,while electronic screen use has negative effects on mental health.The study suggests that we should strengthen the intervention of students healthy life style based on the 24-hour time component management concept.In addition to ensuring the learning input of senior three and freshman students,we attach great importance to the important intervention path of"strengthening the mental with the sports."While realizing the direct effect of physical exercise on promoting mental health,we should also pay attention to the indirect effect of physical exercise on improving mental health by improving sleep and reducing screen use time.
