摘要
碳酸钙是高聚物材料中用量最大的无机填料。为了研究适合碳酸钙用助磨改性剂,采用交联和催化反应的方法,制备了一种新型碳酸钙用助磨改性剂,利用吸油值、沉降体积和活化指数等手段进行表征,以探讨该助磨改性剂与市场上通用改性剂的性能差异。结果表明:本产品吸油值17.9g/100g,远小于市场上非常认可的有机硅高分子产品的20.5g/100g,沉降体积高于其他样品20%-50.6%;活化指数则是其他样品的2.25-3.0倍。结果表明本助磨改性剂在吸油值、沉降体积和活化指数方面都有非常明显的性能优势。
Calcium carbonate is the largest inorganic filler in polymer materials.In order to study the grinding modifier suitable for calcium carbonate,a new grinding modifier for calcium carbonate was prepared by methods of the cross-linking and catalytic reactions.Oil absorption value,sediment volume and activation index were characterized for it.The performance difference between the new grinding modifier and the common modifiers in the market was discussed.The results showed that the oil absorption value is 17.9g/100g,which is far less than the 20.5g/100g of silicone polymer product that is recognized by the market.The sediment volume is 20%-50.6%higher than that of other samples.The activation index is 2.25-3.0 times that of other samples.The conclusions can be drawn that the grinding modifier has obvious performance advantages in oil absorption value,sediment volume and activation index.
