T2DM患者血清25(OH)D、ApoM水平与IMT的关系

Relationship between serum 25(OH)D,ApoM and IMT in T2DM patients

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、载脂蛋白M(ApoM)水平与颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT)的关系。方法回顾性分析112例T2DM患者(T2DM组)和同期体检健康人群108例(对照组)的临床资料。T2DM患者根据IMT分为IMT增厚组(n=58)与IMT正常组(n=54),比较各组血清25(OH)D、ApoM水平;分析T2DM患者IMT增厚的影响因素。结果T2DM组血清25(OH)D、ApoM低于对照组,IMT增厚组血清25(OH)D、ApoM低于IMT正常组(P<0.05)。患者高血压、高密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、25(OH)D、ApoM为影响T2DM患者IMT增厚的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清25(OH)D、ApoM为影响T2DM患者IMT增厚的独立危险因素,临床可密切监测以及时进行评估及干预。 Aim To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],apolipoprotein M(ApoM)and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 112 T2DM patients(T2DM group)and 108 healthy people(control group)were retrospectively analyzed.According to IMT,T2DM patients were divided into IMT thickening group(n=58)and normal IMT group(n=54).Serum 25(OH)D and ApoM levels were compared among the groups to analyze the influencing factors of IMT thickening in T2DM patients.Results Serum 25(OH)D and ApoM in T2DM group were lower than those in control group,and serum 25(OH)D and ApoM in IMT thickening group were lower than those in normal IMT group(P<0.05).Hypertension,high density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose,25(OH)D and ApoM were independent risk factors for IMT thickening in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum 25(OH)D and ApoM are independent risk factors for IMT thickening in T2DM patients,which can be monitored closely,evaluated and intervened timely.
