短段射频同轴电缆组件插入损耗测试研究

摘要 为了满足高性能短段(1 m)射频同轴电缆组件插入损耗准确评估的需求,对其相关测试方法展开了研究。针对采用GB/T 17738.1—2013标准试验方法测得的短段射频同轴电缆组件插入损耗容易波动、不稳定的问题,通过研究提出了在测试系统中添加2个30 dB衰减器进行校准的优化测试方法。结合实际测试数据,对优化测试方法进行了测量不确定度评定。评定结果显示,相对于标准试验方法,优化测试方法具有更小的测量扩展不确定度,所获测试结果更加准确可靠。 In order to meet the demand for accurate evaluation of insertion loss of high-performance short-length(l m)RF coaxial cable assemblies,the research has been conducted on its related test methods.In response to the problem of easy fluctuation and instability in the insertion loss of short-length RF coaxial cable assemblies measured using the GB/T 17738.1-2013 standard test method,an optimized test method is proposed by adding two 30 dB attenuators to the test system for calibration.Combined with the actual test data,the measurement uncertainty of the optimized test method is evaluated.The evaluation results show that compared with the standard test method,the optimized test method has less measurement expansion uncertainty,and the test results obtained are more accurate and reliable.
