摘要
目的:探讨3D打印技术结合颅内压监测在脑出血微创治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析80例脑出血患者临床资料分为两组,比较两组患者的各项指标差异。结果:观察组颅内压监测异常总发生率低于对照组(7.50%&25.00%,P<0.05);术中并发症总发生率低于对照组(10.00%&27.50%,P<0.05);观察组术中血肿抽吸量高于对照组(P<0.05),中转开颅手术率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术结合颅内压监测在脑出血微创手术中可降低颅内压监测异常发生率、中转开颅手术率及术中并发症发生率,提高术中血肿抽吸量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of 3D printing technology combined with intracranial pressure monitoring in the minimally invasive treatment of cerebral haemorrhage.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral haemorrhage were retrospectively analysed and divided into two groups,and the differences in the indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The overall incidence of abnormal intracranial pressure monitoring was lower in the observation group than in the control group(7.50%&25.00%,P<0.05);the overall incidence of intraoperative complications was lower than in the control group(10.00%&27.50%,P<0.05);the intraoperative haematoma aspiration was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05)and the rate of intermediate craniotomy was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing technology combined with intracranial pressure monitoring in minimally invasive cerebral haemorrhage surgery can reduce the incidence of abnormal intracranial pressure monitoring,the rate of intermediate craniotomy and intraoperative complications,and improve the intraoperative haematoma aspiration volume,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
