摘要
为探究牛磺酸对蛋鸡生产性能及免疫机能的影响,本试验选用80只45周龄蛋鸡随机分为4组,分别设为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%牛磺酸,预试期7 d,正试期30d。结果表明,与对照组相比,0.05%、0.10%、0.15%牛磺酸组蛋鸡产蛋率显著升高(P<0.05),0.1%、0.15%牛磺酸组蛋鸡平均蛋重显著升高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,0.05%、0.10%、0.15%牛磺酸组蛋鸡血清中IgG、IgA和IL-10含量显著升高(P<0.05),0.10%、0.15%牛磺酸组蛋鸡血清中IgM含量显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加牛磺酸可提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋重,降低料蛋比,还能提高蛋鸡免疫机能,且以0.1%添加量效果最佳。
To explore the effects of taurine on performance and immune function of laying hens,eighty laying hens aged 45 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢ.The control group was fed with basal diet,the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed with 0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%taurine in basal diet,respectively.The results showed that the laying rates of hens in 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%taurine groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05),and the average egg weight in 0.1%,0.15%taurine groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05),the feed-egg ratio decreased significantly(P0.05).In addition,the levels of IgG,IgA and IL-10 in 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%taurine group were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05),the content of IgM in 0.10%and 0.15%taurine groups increased significantly(P0.05).To sum up,adding taurine in diet can improve performance,improve egg weight,reduce feed-egg ratio,and improve immune function of laying hens.The optimum addition of taurine was 0.1%.
