摘要
目的在健康中国背景下对医学类通识课程教学模式的探索。方法选取浙江大学医学类通识课《性与生殖》的本科生为研究对象,随机分为实验组(89名)和对照组(105名),分别采用衔接交互式教学模式和传统教学方法。课程结束后进行课程考核成绩综合评估及教学评价问卷调查。结果实验组学生的课程考核成绩高于传统教学模式,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.00,P<0.05),且实验组学生的高分段(>80分)比例37.08%高于对照组(14.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.97,P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,97.30%(72/74)的实验组学生对改革后的课程满意并愿意向他人推荐本课程。结论本课程初步建立了一套适用于医学类通识课程的衔接交互式教学模式,能显著提高教学成效。
Objective To investigate the teaching mode of medical general education program in the context of"Healthy China".Methods Undergraduates of Zhejiang University's general medical course Sex and Reproduction were selected for the study and were divided into the experimental group(n=89)and the control group(n=105).The control group was adopted the conventional teaching model and the experimental group was adopted the articulated interactive teaching mode.A teaching evaluation questionnaire and a comprehensive assessment of the course were conducted at the end of the course.Results After the reform of teaching mode,the course assessment score was significantly improved compared with the traditional teaching mode(Z=-2.00,P<0.05).Especially,the percentage of high score(>80)in⁃creased from 14.29%to 37.08%(χ^(2)=17.97,P<0.05).The questionnaire survey shows that 97.30%(72/74)of the stu⁃dents were satisfied with the course of new teaching model and willing to recommend the course to others.Conclusion We have initially established a set of interactive teaching mode base on the course of sex and reproduction,which could significantly improve the teaching effect.
