摘要
加快建设抽水蓄能电站是构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,助力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的一项重要举措,目前我国开展前期勘测设计工作的站点超过300个。库盆开挖填筑设计是抽水蓄能电站设计工作中的重要内容,总结了抽水蓄能电站库盆开挖填筑设计的原则,梳理了56个大中型抽水蓄能站点的主要信息,总结了抽水蓄能站点上水库库盆开挖填筑的主要特点和影响因素,分析了开挖量、填筑量和弃渣量之间的一般规律,初步探讨了库盆开挖填筑设计的关键技术问题和对策措施。
Accelerating the construction of pumped-storage power stations is an important measure to build a new power system with new energy as the principle component to realize the national goal of“Carbon peaking and carbon neutralization”.At present,there are more than 300 pumped-storage power stations carrying out pre-construction investigations and engineering work in China.The excavation and back-filling design of reservoir basin is an important content in pumped-storage power station engineering.The principles of reservoir bank excavation and back-filling design of pumped-storage power station are summarized,the main information on reservoir bank excavation and back-filling design of 56 large and medium-sized pumped-storage stations is sorted out,the main characteristics and influencing factors of excavation and back-filling of upper reservoir basin at pumped-storage stations are also summarized,and the general relationship between excavation volume,filling volume and spoil volume is analyzed.The key technical problems and countermeasures of excavation and back-filling design of reservoir basin are preliminarily discussed.
