摘要 为妥善处理河道淤积问题,提升河道调洪能力及防灾减灾功能,必须持续加大河道治理工作力度,进一步加强河道环保清淤技术研究及应用,降低河道淤积危害。文章基于河道治理中水下清淤技术的介绍,结合某城市径流河道清淤工程实践,从施工准备、测量放样及水下清淤技术实施流程、要点及质量安全保障措施展开了详细论述。实践证明,水下清淤技术在该项目中有良好的应用价值,不仅有效解决了河沙淤积问题,还减少了清淤施工带来的水质污染及周边环境污染,为相关单位或企业落实河道清淤工程施工质量安全控制工作提供了理论及实践经验指导。 In order to properly deal with the problem of river channel siltation and improve the flood regulation capacity and disaster prevention and mitigation function of the river channel,it is necessary to continuously increase the intensity of river channel management,further strengthen the research and application of river channel environmental protection and dredging technology,and reduce the harm of river siltation.Based on the introduction of underwater dredging technology in river channel management,combined with the practice of a certain urban runoff river channel dredging engineering,this paper discusses in detail the construction preparation,measurement lofting,as well as the implementation process,key points,and quality and safety assurance measures of underwater dredging technology.Practice has proved that underwater dredging technology has good application value in this project.It not only effectively solves the problem of river sand siltation,but also reduces the water pollution and surrounding environmental pollution caused by dredging construction.It provides theoretical and practical experience guidance for relevant units or enterprises to implement the quality and safety control of river channel dredging engineering construction.
