摘要
为了拓宽废弃煤矸石的再利用途径,文章采用不同比例的煤矸石粉代替矿粉后进行AC-13C沥青混合料配合比设计,并对其高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性等路用性能进行对比研究。结果表明,将煤矸石粉作为填料应用于沥青混合料中,提高了沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,但降低了其低温抗裂性。当煤矸石粉替代率为50%时,AC-13C沥青混合料的综合性能最优。
In order to broaden the recycling ways of waste coal gangue,different proportions of coal gangue powder are used to replace mineral powder in the mix proportion design of AC-13C asphalt mixture,and its road performance such as high temperature stability,water stability,and low temperature crack resistance are compared and studied.The results show that the application of coal gangue powder as filler in asphalt mixture improves the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture,but reduces its low temperature crack resistance.When the substitution rate of coal gangue powder is 50%,the comprehensive performance of AC-13C asphalt mixture is the best.
