摘要 为工作面快速具备采煤条件,解决工作面切眼扩刷与支架安装时间周期长、工艺复杂的问题,提出无锚支护一体化施工工艺,经过工艺改进,利用单体柱代替锚网索加固扩帮段巷道顶板,后巷紧跟液压支架安装的平行作业方式,经实践表明:切眼扩刷无锚支护一体化施工较扩帮锚网索支护工艺节约18天工期,节约生产成本14.2万元。 In order to quickly meet the mining conditions of the working face and solve the problems of long time cycle and complex process of cutting hole expansion and bracket installation,the paper proposes an integrated construction process without anchor support,using a single column to replace the anchor mesh cable to reinforce the roof of the expanded section of the roadway,and the rear roadway following the parallel operation method of hydraulic support installation,whose practice has shown that the integrated construction of cutting,expanding,brushing,and anchor free support saves 18 days of construction time and 142000 yuan in production cost compared to the expansion of anchor net and cable support process.
