摘要
为解决带式输送机液压自动张紧装置存在漏油、故障率高、运行效率低的问题,设计变频自动张紧装置。首先分析了皮带自动张紧技术,然后重点介绍了变频自动张紧装置的结构设计、硬件设计以及算法设计,采样粒子群寻优的PID变频控制算法对张紧小车运行速度进行控制,达到满足带式输送机启动、满载运行、受控停机三种工况下对皮带张紧力及逆行实时调节控制的目的。实际验证结果表明,该张紧装置满足设计要求,控制效果好,能够保障带式输送机安全、高效、稳定运行。
In order to solve the problems of oil leakage,high failure rate and low operating efficiency in the hydraulic automatic tension device of belt conveyor,the author proposes the design of a variable frequency automatic tension device,including the belt automatic tension technology,the structure,hardware and algorithm design of variable frequency automatic tension device,in which PID frequency conversion control based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to control the tension vehicle speed and achieve the goal of real-time control of belt tension and retrograde under three working conditions of start-up full load operation,controlled stop of belt conveyor,whose actual verification results show that the tension device meets the design requirements with good control effect,ensuring the safe,efficient and stable operation of the belt conveyor.
