摘要
分别设计了普通混凝土和超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的配合比,研究了振动搅拌和普通搅拌对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:对于C30和C40普通混凝土,振动搅拌可以明显提高其工作性,而对于C50普通混凝土,振动搅拌对工作性的提高有限;振动搅拌能稳定提高普通混凝土的匀质性和抗压强度;振动搅拌能明显提高UHPC的工作性,改善纤维团聚现象,但不能保证纤维的乱向分布;振动搅拌可以提高UHPC的抗压强度,降低其抗折强度。
The mix proportions of ordinary concrete and ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)were designed,and the effects of vibration stirring and ordinary stirring on their performance were studied.The results show that for C30 and C40 ordinary concrete,vibration stirring can significantly improve its workability,while for C50 ordinary concrete,the improvement of workability by vibration stirring is limited.Vibration mixing can steadily improve the uniformity and compressive strength of ordinary concrete.Vibration stirring can significantly improve the workability of UHPC and improve fiber aggregation,but it cannot guarantee the disordered distribution of fibers.Vibration stirring can improve the compressive strength of UHPC and reduce its flexural strength.
