摘要
目的探讨胰岛素泵强化降糖对初发2型糖尿病患者代谢指标的影响。方法研究选取我院自2019年5月至2020年5月收治的85例初发2型糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组45人和对照组40人两组,对照组采用餐前、睡前皮下注射胰岛素治疗,研究组采用胰岛素泵治疗,观察比较两组治疗前后血糖、血脂水平以及不良反应。结果两组治疗前FBG、2hPBG、GA水平和TC、TG、LDL、HDL水平均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组FBG、2hPBG、GA水平和TC、TG、LDL水平均下降(P<0.05),且研究组水平低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL水平上升(P<0.05),且研究组水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。研究组不良反应发生率为2.22%,对照组为7.50%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胰岛素泵强化治疗初发2型糖尿病患者可以降低其血糖、血脂水平,且具有较高安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive insulin pump hypoglycemic therapy on metabolic parameters in patients with first-episode type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty-five patients with first-episode type 2 diabetes mel-litus in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table meth-ods.Control group(n=40)received subcutaneous injection of insulin before meals and bedtime,while study group(n=45)was intensive insulin pump therapy.Then the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Levels of FBG,2hPBG,GA,TC,TG,LDL and HDL showed no significant difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a decrease in levels of FBG,2hPBG,GA,TC,TG and LDL as well as an increase in HDLlevels in two groups(P<0.05),and both changes were more significant in study group than in control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment pe-riod.The adverse reaction rate was 2.22%in study group,which showed no significant difference with 7.50%in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of intensive insulin pump hypoglycemic therapy in the treatment of first-epi-sode type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively and safely reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,which is worthy of recommendation.
