摘要
介绍了EBH315Q横轴式掘进机的结构组成、主要技术参数、特点及掘进断面概况、支护情况、劳动组织、掘进工艺及运输方式,通过在岩体硬度为f8~f10(局部达f11)的全岩巷道应用,表明在地质条件为硬岩时进尺比EBZ260掘进机高3倍,且材料节省明显,人工劳动强度低,巷道成型好,有效改善了采掘失调的局面。
This paper introduces the structure composition,main technical parameters,characteristics,general situation of tunneling section,support,labor organization,tunneling technology and transportation mode of EBH315Q horizontal axis roadheader.Through the application in the whole rock roadway whose rock mass hardness is from F8 to F10 and the local hardness reaches F11,it shows that under the geological condition of the hard rock roadway,the footage is 3 times higher than that of the EBZ260 roadheader,and the material saving is obvious,the manual labor intensity is low,and the roadway is well formed,which effectively improves the situation of mining maladjustment.
