摘要
加快推进产学研深度融合是深入实施创新驱动发展战略的重要环节,而师生共创模式无疑是产学协同创新的新模式。运用经济学分析方法对师生共创模式进行分析,为现有研究领域提供补充。师生共创模式的特点首先是教师方具备科研资源、人脉资源等,在多方主体博弈中发挥先行作用,提供核心科技成果并对科技成果转化进行方向的指导和后续的帮助;学生方具有企业家才能,具备科技成果转化相关知识与能力及创业的时间和精力。其次是师生之间信任成本、沟通成本低。调研发现,师生共创模式在团队组建、融资以及管理机制方面还存在一些问题,并有针对性地提出了改进建议。
Accelerating the deep integration of industry-university-research is an important part of the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,and the teacher-student co-creation model is undoubtedly a new model of industry-university collaborative innovation.This paper uses economic analysis to analyze the teacher-student co-creation model to provide a supplement to the existing research field.The characteristics of the teacher-student co-creation model are:first,the teacher has scientific research resources and human resources,and plays a pioneering role in the game of multiple subjects,providing core scientific and technological achievements and providing guidance and follow-up assistance for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;the student has entrepreneurial talent,knowledge and ability related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the time and energy to start a business;second,the trust cost and communication cost between teachers and students are low.It is found through investigation that there are still some problems in the team formation,financing and management mechanism of the teacher-student co-creation model,and this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for improvement.
