摘要
目的:观察黄莪胶囊联合西药治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法:选取100例BPH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组给予盐酸坦索罗辛口崩缓释片、度他雄胺软胶囊等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄莪胶囊治疗。治疗6个疗程后评估2组临床疗效、国际前列腺症状量表(IPSS)评分、生活质量量表(BPHQLS)评分、控尿能力、性激素指标[血清雌二醇(E_(2))及睾酮(T)]水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.00%,对照组为72.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IPSS评分、残余尿量、前列腺体积均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),最大尿流率均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且治疗组上述各项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清E_(2)水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清T水平治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组BPHQLS量表中疾病、心理、生理、满意度、社会评分及总分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组上述各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄莪胶囊联合西药治疗BPH疗效显著,可有效调节性激素水平,有利于减轻患者前列腺症状,改善控尿能力,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huang'e Capsules combined with western medicine for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:A total of 100 cases of BPH patients were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Oral Dispersible Sustained Release Tablets and Dutasteride Soft Capsules,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Huang'e Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.After six treatment courses,clinical effects,International Prostatism Symptom Score(IPSS),the Quality of Life Scale for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patient(BPHQLS),the ability to control urination,and the levels of sex hormone indicators serum estradiol(E_(2)) and testosterone(T) were evaluated in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.00% in the treatment group and 72.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IPSS scores,residual urine volume,and prostate volume in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the maximal urinary flow rates were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of above indexes in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2) in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of E_(2) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of T level in serum in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of disease,psychology,physology,satisfaction,and social in BPHQLS and the total scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huang'e Capsules combined with western medicine has a significant curative effect in the treatment of BPH and can effectively regulate the levels of sex hormones,which is beneficial for alleviating the symptoms of the patient's prostate and improving the ability to control urine and quality of life.
