摘要
目的分析2018—2022年巴中市恩阳区乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)流行特征,为当地乙肝防控提供参考依据。方法在中国疾病预防控制信息系统中导出2018—2022年巴中市恩阳区乙肝病例资料,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行描述性流行病学方法分析,率的比较采用χ2检验,检验水准设定为α=0.05。结果2018—2022年巴中市恩阳区乙肝病例共1925例,年平均发病率为90.18/10万,整体呈先缓慢下降后上升的趋势。2022年发病率最高,为155.35/10万;各年各月均有病例报告,6月累计报告发病数最多(230例,11.95%);发病率前3位地区为上八庙镇、玉山镇和渔溪镇;年平均发病率男性(110.26/10万)高于女性(69.75/10万),男女年均发病率比例为1.58∶1;发病人群以农民为主(76.36%),发病年龄段主要集中在20~59岁(63.01%)。结论2018—2022年巴中市恩阳区20~59岁年龄段人群及农民是乙肝防控重点人群,应针对性开展监测、防控工作,在继续巩固儿童乙肝计划免疫工作的基础上大力推进并提高成人乙肝疫苗接种率。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis B(hepatitis B)in Enyang District of Bazhong City from 2018 to 2022,and to provide reference for local hepatitis B prevention and control.Methods The data of hepatitis B cases in Enyang District of Bazhong City from 2018 to 2022 were extracted from the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System.SPSS 20.0 software was used for descriptive epidemiological analysis,Chi-square test was used to compare the rates,and the test level wasα=0.05.Results A total of 1925 hepatitis B cases were reported in Enyang District of Bazhong City from 2018 to 2022.The average annual incidence rate was 90.18/105.The overall incidence rate first decreased slowly and then increased.The highest incidence was in 2022(155.35/105).Cases were reported in every month and year,and the cumulative number of cases reported in June was the largest(230 cases,11.96%).The top three areas of incidence were Shangbamiao Town,Yushan Town and Yuxi Town.The average annual incidence in males(110.26/105)was higher than that in females(69.75/105),with a ratio of 1.58∶1.The majority of the patients were farmers(76.36%),and the cases were mainly aged 20-59 years old(63.01%).Conclusions The population aged between 20 and 59 years and farmers in Enyang District of Bazhong City from 2018 to 2022 were the key groups of hepatitis B prevention and control.Targeted surveillance,prevention and control work should be carried out.On the basis of continuing to consolidate the hepatitis B immunization of children,the hepatitis B vaccine coverage rate for adults should be promoted and increased vigorously.
