摘要
对等离子发射光谱法测定工业水中金属元素的不确定度进行评估,以测定镁元素为例,分析了测量不确定度的主要来源,对稀释系数、取样、仪器测量值和其他因素等4个不确定分量进行计算,最后合成等离子发射光谱法测定工业水中金属元素的标准不确定度,并计算求得扩展不确定度。
The uncertainty of the determination of magnesium in industrial water by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES)was evaluated.Taking the determination of magnesium as an example,the main source of measurement uncertainty was analyzed.The dilution coefficient,sampling,instrument measurement values and other factors were calculated.Finally,the standard uncertainty of determination of metal elements in industrial water by ICP-AES was synthesized,and the expanded uncertainty was calculated.
