摘要
研究目的:为了对波形钢腹板组合箱梁的褶皱效应开展研究,以结构振动理论为基础并结合组合梁的动力特性,提出动力褶皱效应系数用以量化分析波形钢腹板组合箱梁的褶皱效应,以一单箱双室波形钢腹板组合试验梁为研究对象,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立数值分析模型,对试验梁的褶皱效应及影响因素进行研究。研究结论:(1)提出的动力褶皱效应系数能有效地反映波形钢腹板组合箱梁的褶皱效应;(2)由于褶皱效应的影响,单箱双室波形钢腹板组合箱梁的竖、横向抗弯刚度有小幅减小,而抗扭刚度则有显著地提高;(3)钢腹板波折角的变化对组合梁竖向弯曲振动褶皱效应影响最明显;(4)横隔板的设置会在很大程度上削弱组合梁扭转振动褶皱效应;(5)体外预应力的设置对横向弯曲及扭转振动褶皱效应有较明显的影响,然而体外预应力锚固位置对各向褶皱效应影响较小;(6)本研究成果可为建立波形钢腹板组合箱梁桥精确数值分析模型,并为该组合结构动力性能的精确分析提供一定的参考。
Research purposes:In order to study accordion effect of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs(CSWs),based on structure vibration theory and dynamic characteristics,the dynamic accordion effect coefficient was proposed to quantitatively analyze the accordion effect of composite box girder with CSWs.A single-box double-room test girder with CSWs was used as research object,and the numerical analysis model was established with finite element software ANSYS,to study the accordion effect and major influence factors of test girder.Research conclusions:(1)The accordion effect of composite box girder with CSWs can be reflected effectively by the dynamic accordion effect coefficient.(2)Due to the accordion effect,the vertical and transverse bending stiffness of single-box double-room composite box girder with CSWs decreases slightly,but the torsional stiffness increases significantly.(3)The change of twist angle of CSWs has an obviously influence on vertical bending vibration accordion effect of composite box girder with CSWs.(4)The setting of diaphragm can weaken the torsional vibration accordion effect of composite box girder with CSWs obviously.(5)The setting of external prestressed tendons can influence both transverse bending vibration accordion effect and torsional vibration accordion effect of composite box girder with CSWs,but the anchor position of external prestressed tendons has litle influence on all directional accordion effect.(6)The research results can provide some references for the establishment of accurate numerical analysis model of composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and the accurate analysis of dynamic performance of the composite structure.
