顺酐加氢合成1,4-丁二醇催化剂的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是重要的化工原料和材料单体,被广泛应用于制药、农药、铸造用树脂、纺织、化工、造纸、汽车和日用化工等行业。顺酐加氢合成BDO路线清洁环保,受到人们的广泛关注。顺酐分子中含有2个C=O与1个C=C,因此选择合适的催化剂,使顺酐选择加氢生成BDO是至关重要的。阐述了顺酐加氢合成BDO的研究进展,并对Cu基和贵金属等不同催化剂及其催化作用机理进行了比较与评价,对后续顺酐加氢合成BDO催化剂的研究提供了参考。 1,4-Butanediol(BDO)is an important chemical raw material and widely used in pharmaceutical,pesticide,resin,textile,chemical,papermaking,automobile and daily chemical industry.Hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to 1,4-butanediol is a clean and environmentally friendly route,which has drawn much attention.Since there are two C=O and one C=C in maleic anhydride molecule,it is very important to develop a highly active and selective catalyst for hydrogenation to produce 1,4-butanediol.We reviewed the current research progress in the hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to 1,4-butanediol,including different catalysts such as Cu-based and noble metals and their catalytic mechanisms,providing reference for the subsequent research on the hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to 1,4-butanediol.
