摘要
介绍了一种不锈钢易清洁涂层的制备方法。先采用硅溶胶和硅氧烷混合物通过溶胶凝胶法对不锈钢表面进行处理,使其表面形成玻璃态的二氧化硅涂层,继而接枝纳米级全氟聚醚涂层,形成柔软的疏油疏水涂层。与常用易清洁有机硅涂层的对比表明,自制涂层的物理性能、可靠性、易清洁性和耐久性都表现得更为突出,可应用于厨房电器等产品,极大地提升用户的使用体验。
A method for fabricating easy-to-clean coating on the surface of stainless steel was introduced.Firstly,the stainless steel is treated with the mixture of silica sol and siloxane by sol-gel method,forming a glassy silica coating on its surface.Secondly,a nanoscale perfluoropolyether layer is grafted on the silica coating,forming a soft coating with hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.As compared with a commercial easy-to-clean silicone counterpart,the said coating had superior physical properties,reliability,cleanability,and durability.This method can be applied to kitchen appliances and other products,greatly improving the user experience.
