摘要
生物工程公共平台对于高校的科研、教学和生物制造产业化都发挥着至关重要的支撑作用。由于平台仪器自身属性(高温/高压)和实际运行特点(长时间连续性、多种危险源),其相较于其他公共平台存在更多安全隐患,在管理方面也存在更多难点。如何预防生物工程平台安全事故的发生是管理者的首要职责。现结合微生物代谢国家重点实验室的生物工程公共平台安全管理,从客观和主观两个角度探讨生物工程平台存在的各种安全隐患因素。在此基础上,进一步从硬件设施布局、信息管理系统、规章制度和安全教育等方面提出相应的管理措施,以期为相关高校生物工程公共平台的安全管理提供参考。
The public platform of bioengineering in universities plays an important supporting role in scientific research,teaching and biomanufacturing industrialization.Compared with other instrument platforms,the bioengineering platform has more difficulties in safety management due to its own instrument characteristics,such as high temperature and high pressure,and operating characteristics,such as long running time and multiple sources of danger.Preventing and controlling the occurrence of accidents on the public platform of bioengineering is a primary task of the platform administrator.This paper takes the safety management of the bioengineering public platform of the State Key Laboratory of Microbial Metabolism in Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example,analyzes the main factors of the hidden safety hazards of bioengineering platforms from objective and subjective aspects.Aiming at these unsafe factors,this paper discusses how to improve some concrete and feasible management measures,and presents suggestions from the aspects of hardware facilities,software management,rules and regulations and safety education.It may provide reference for the safety management of bioengineering public platforms in relevant universities.
