摘要
为了减少食品检测实验室安全事件的发生,有效防控实验室危害风险,不断提高食品检测实验室管理水平,综合使用改进的RAC-5M1E法对食品检测实验室的安全隐患进行识别以及原因追溯,构建安全指标的有效分类以及权重设置,对危险程度进行分层、构建潜在危险程度的评估矩阵,并且对实验室中风控体系进行检验以及评估。对实验室构建相应的风险检测、管控等系统,结合PDCA循环理念,基于风险分级管控和隐患排查治理构建具有不断自我完善能力的高校食品检测类实验室安全双重预防机制,从而为食品检测实验室进行安全评价和改进提供依据和标准。这些措施可以为高校同类实验室隐患防范提供参考。
In order to reduce the occurrence of safety incidents in food testing laboratories,effectively prevent and control laboratory hazards,continuously improve the management level of food testing laboratories,we comprehensively use the improved RAC-5M1E method to identify,analyze and trace the causes of potential safety hazards in food testing laboratories,establish an effective classification and weight mechanism for safety indicators,layer the level of risk,and build a potential risk assessment matrix.We also inspect and evaluate the laboratory wind control system,build the corresponding risk detection and control system.Combined with the PDCA concept,based on the risk classification control and hidden danger troubleshooting and governance,we build a university food testing laboratory safety dual prevention mechanism with continuous self-improvement capabilities,so as to provide the basis and standard for the food testing laboratory to conduct safety evaluation and improvement.These may provide guidance for the prevention of potential safety hazards in similar laboratories universities.
