老年男性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸与骨代谢标志物、骨密度的关系

The Relationship between Serum Uric Acid and Metabolic Markers and Bone Mineral Density in Elderly Male Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 探讨老年男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血尿酸浓度与骨代谢标志物浓度、骨密度(BMD)的关系。T2DM组纳入88例50岁以上男性T2DM患者;健康人群组纳入91例平均年龄(61.25±8.43)岁的健康男性自愿者。收集研究对象的身体质量指数(BMI)、生化指标、骨钙素(OC)浓度、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(PINP)浓度、β-胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)浓度、股骨BMD、腰椎BMD等临床资料。比较研究对象的临床资料,并分析T2DM组尿酸浓度与各骨代谢标志物浓度、BMD之间的关系。结果显示:T2DM组尿酸、OC、PINP浓度与股骨BMD、腰椎BMD较健康人群组低;T2DM组BMI与股骨BMD存在显著正相关,尿酸浓度与PINP浓度、股骨BMD存在显著正相关。结果表明,对于老年男性T2DM患者来说,保持适当高的尿酸浓度可能是骨质疏松的保护因素。 To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and metabolic markers and bone mineral density(BMD)in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),a total of 88 male patients with T2DM were included in the observation group;91 male healthy volunteers served as the control group.The body mass index(BMI),biochemical criterion,osteocalcin(OC),type I collagen N-terminal peptide PINP,β-Caroxyl terminal peptide(β-CTX),femoral BMD,lumbar BMD and other clinical data of subjects were collected.The clinical data of the subjects were compared,and the relationship between uric acid concentration and bone metabolism markers concentration and BMD in T2DM group was analyzed.The results showed that the concentration of Uric acid,OC,PINP,femoral BMD,and lumbar BMD in type 2 diabetes group were lower than those in the healthy group.There was a significant positive correlation between BMI and femoral BMD in the T2DM group,and there was a significant positive correlation between Uric acid concentration and PINP concentration and femoral BMD.The results suggest that maintaining an appropriate high concentration of uric acid may be a protective factor for osteoporosis in elderly male patients with T2DM.
