摘要 循环水场是炼油厂的耗电大户,对其进行优化改造具有较大的节能效益。某炼厂第三循环水场存在循环水泵效率较低、泵出口管路阻力损失大、风机叶片效能偏低等问题,通过实施更换高效率水泵、水力阀改为微阻阀、风机叶片更新等优化措施改造后,循环水厂运行平稳,耗电量大幅降低,节能效果显著,取得了较好的经济效益。 The circulating water plant is a major energy consumer in refineries,and its energy-saving optimization transformations have significant energy-saving benefits.The main problems in the third circulating water reservoir in a refinery were analyzed,such as low efficiency of circulating water pump,large friction loss of pump outlet pipeline,and low efficiency of fan blade.Corresponding energy-saving optimization measures have been taken to address the problems in the third circulating water reservoir,including replacing the high-efficiency water pump,changing the hydraulic valve to a micro resistance valve,and transforming the fan blades.After transformation,the circulating water plant runs smoothly,the power consumption is greatly reduced,the energy saving effect is remarkable,and better economic benefits have been achieved.
