摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月东营市垦利区第二人民医院(东营市垦利区胜坨镇卫生院)收治的60例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,研究组采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的效果显著,能够改善患儿肺功能,促进康复,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 60 children with asthma in the Second People’s Hospital of Kenli District in Dongying City(Shengtuo Town Health Center of Kenli District in Dongying City)from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide,and the research group was treated with Montelukast combined with Budesonide,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of pulmonary function in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total response rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the disappearance time of symptoms in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with Budesonide treating pediatric asthma has remarkable effect,which can improve the pulmonary function of children and promote rehabilitation,and is worth popularizing.
