摘要
目的探讨助产士健康教育护理模式在产妇中的应用。方法选取2021年7月至2022年9月菏泽市牡丹人民医院妇产科收治的76例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用助产士健康教育护理模式。比较两组临床相关指标、分娩相关知识认知程度及分娩方式。结果观察组产程、新生儿Apgar评分及产后2 h出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组分娩相关知识各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士健康教育护理模式在产妇中的应用有助于缩短产程,减少产后2 h出血量,提高新生儿Apgar评分、产妇分娩相关知识认知程度及自然分娩率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of midwife health education nursing model in parturients.Methods A total of 76 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of People’s Hospital of Mudan,Heze from July 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the routine nursing model,and the observation group adopted the midwife health education nursing model.The clinical indicators,birthing knowledge cognition and delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results The labor process,Apgar scores of neonates and blood loss 2 h after delivery in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of birthing knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwife health education nursing model in parturients can shorten the labor process,reduce the blood loss 2 h after delivery,improve the Apgar scores of neonates,birthing knowledge cognition and the rate of natural delivery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
