摘要
高职职业生涯规划教育与思政教育耦合的内在逻辑体现为教育目标共通性、教育主体合一性、教育内容融合性、教育功能互补性。当下,高职职业生涯规划教育与思政教育耦合在理念层面、师资层面、课程层面、载体层面存在突出,表现为育人旨归发生错位、育人能力有待提升、本土化课程有待加强、智能化媒介运用有待深入。要定向发力,通过将思想政治教育融入职业生涯规划教育全过程,强化两支队伍建设,精准对接学生需求,推进技术赋能,以提升职业生涯规划教育与思政教育耦合的实效性。
The inner logic of the coupling of higher vocational career planning education and Civic and Political Science education is reflected in the commonness of educational goals,the unity of educational subjects,the integration of educational contents and the complementarity of educational functions.At present,there are outstanding problems in the coupling of higher vocational career planning education and Civic and Political Education at the level of concept,teacher,curriculum and carrier,which are misalignment of educational purpose,enhancement of educational ability,strengthening of localized curriculum,and deepening of intelligent media application.We should target our efforts,integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of career planning education,strengthen the construction of two teams,precisely match the needs of students and promote technology empowerment,so as to enhance the effectiveness of coupling career planning education and ideological and political education.
