双轨合一模式下医学专业学位硕士研究生科研创新能力培养的探索

摘要 “双轨合一”模式对医学专业学位硕士研究生的临床实践能力和科研创新能力均有较高的要求。但近年来许多医学院校在开展双轨合一的教学过程中,重临床、轻科研的不足愈发显现。专业型硕士研究生的科研意识薄弱、积极性欠佳,科研能力亦亟待提高。此文针对这一问题,以南京中医药大学附属医院为例,分析双轨合一模式下科研创新能力培养方面存在的问题,并在此基础上对医学专业型硕士研究生科研创新能力培养模式提出新的思路。 The“dual track integration”model has high requirements for the clinical practice ability and scientific research innovation ability of medical professional degree graduate students.However,in recently years,many medical colleges and universities have become more and more clinical in their lack of emphasis on clinical practice while neglecting scientific research.Professional postgraduates have weak scientific research awareness and lack of enthusiasm,their scientific research capabilities need to be improved urgently.Aiming at this problem,this paper took the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example to analyze the existing problems in the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability under the dual-track model,and on this basis put forward new ideas for the cultivation mode of scientific research innovation ability for medical professional postgraduate students.
